Featuring an all-star cast, Pride takes us back to 1984 to tell the real-life story of a London based LGBT community who reached out to help a group of Welsh miners during the pit strikes. Both groups view themselves as the underdog in opposition to powerful ideologies and unite to take on the same cause. This is the ultimate demonstration of there being more in common between communities than that which divides them, with a good dose of 80’s pop music to boot.
